Products acquired from Soffit Lighting are backed by a 5-year warranty safeguarding against any failures stemming from manufacturer’s defects.

This warranty is exclusively applicable to the initial purchaser of the product. Throughout the warranty period, Soffit Lighting will supply replacement parts for the product at no cost.

Please note that we retain the authority to void the warranty if the product undergoes tampering, modifications, misuse, or if it’s damaged due to failure to adhere to the operating instructions. Soffit Lighting responsibility is solely restricted to the repair or replacement of any defective product.
